  • The agency is expected to autonomously update the visuals on the existing site.
  • If our assistance in this fields is needed, could you specify the technology used to create the site? The website is using DatoCMS. 
  • Should we introduce an additional website structure, or is the existing one satisfactory? Existing structure is satisfactory.
  • Is MTS Dvorana still your preferred venue for the upcoming event this year, or should we propose alternative options? The venue for this year hasn’t been selected. 
  • Should subcontractor prices for event organization also be included in the budget? Yes, but only on an informative basis, not as a part of the financial offer. 
  • Are there specific city-level spaces you would prefer not to engage with, we would like to exclude them from our proposals? In this phase all the spaces that can meet our capacity needs are in consideration. 
  • Proposal for media buying. Yes
  • Budget proposal for digital advertising. Yes
  • Have you outlined the components that should be part of the agency’s monthly scope? No\
  • Do you have a tentative deadline for conference and when we can expect the completion of a timeline for conference participants? Conference will take place in the first half of October. Program is planned to start at 9am and last until 5pm, but this timeline is subject to minor adjustments,
  • Regarding the media buying budget, should it be included as part of the overall cost? In other words, should the media placement costs be incorporated into our proposal? Yes
  • In the „Description of Tasks“ section, under item F, does working on the website include the implementation of design changes, or are we expected to focus solely on adding new visuals and textual content? Both, implementtion and adding new visuals and textual content. 
  • Concerning the „Cost Proposal“ section, how detailed should we be in the „item“ and „description“ parts? Should we provide specific definitions for each aspect of the job, or is a more general overview sufficient? Please feel free to provide a separate, detailed financial offer along with the template financial option that should contain the costs assorted by deliverables
  • Please provide information on the planned duration of the contract – Start date – as soon as possible, end date – end of October.
  • The implementation timeline for activities – It’ should be part of the technical proposal.
  • The expected duration of the campaign? Start date – June, end date – October.
  • Additionally, could you specify when it is necessary to commence promotion and announcements on social networks? As of the contract start date.
  • When PR activities should begin? Beginning of June.
